Review:
It is time to report back on 901!
First let’s start with the bottle, in all the media pictures the bottle is represented as being crystal clear and very crisp but as I look at it right now the glass used in this bottle makes the tequila look foggy and a bit dirty.
Now to the juice, this is a full body Tequila with good clarity, the aroma has faint notes of rose pedals. The first sip gave us a hint of spice towards the back of our palate but it disappeared quickly, it had a smooth finish with a very low burn.
So now our thoughts…
The 901 Tequila had very little taste aside from the spice that seemed to disappear with the alcohol within 4 seconds. The last sip of the tequila seamed diluted/watery and it did not have any real character.
If you are looking to have Tequila on the rocks that is stripped from most Blanco Tequila Taste then this might be right for you but if you are an aficionado that is looking to sip your tequila neat and enjoys a fine Blanco then you will be left wanting a bit more than 901.
